吴军臣深入产业园区开展“企业服务年”调研走访

610日,县委书记吴军臣带队深入绥宁产业开发区,紧扣全县企业服务年专项行动部署,走进园区重点工业企业实地调研走访,下沉生产一线倾听企业心声、摸清发展实情、破解现实难题;现场督导营商环境优化升级、企业纾困帮扶、项目提质增效等重点工作落地见效,以务实有力的服务举措,护航县域工业经济高质量发展。

吴军臣一行先后前往湖南源旺箱包有限公司、湖南春生竹制品加工有限公司、湖南省博艺迪光学科技有限公司、湖南富田生物科技有限公司、湖南特沃斯生态科技股份有限公司走访调研。每到一处,吴军臣都走进生产车间,实地察看自动化生产线运转、产能释放情况,详细询问企业生产订单、原材料供应、产品外销渠道及长远发展规划。

在与企业负责人座谈交流时,吴军臣仔细记录企业发展诉求,重点梳理要素保障欠缺、惠企政策落地衔接不畅、技术用工短缺等瓶颈问题,针对多家企业共同反映的招工难痛点,现场会商破解办法,将企业急难愁盼全部纳入问题清单,做到情况清、诉求明、靶向准。

吴军臣强调,扎实推进企业服务年专项行动,是我县优化营商环境、激活实体经济内生动力的关键抓手,全县各级各部门要压实工作责任,将助企纾困作为重点工作抓实抓牢。要靠前精准对接企业需求,对摸排上来的问题建立动态台账,逐项拟定解决方案、明确责任单位、限定办结时限,构建收集、交办、督办、回访全闭环处置机制,确保企业诉求件件落实。产业园区管委会要做好企业店小二服务,补齐基础设施配套短板,构建企业落地、投产、扩产全周期服务体系,助力企业稳产拓市、增资扩产。

针对用工缺口问题,吴军臣要求,各级各部门要联动协作,通过举办专场招聘会、开展定向技能培训、组织劳务对接输送等方式,落实以工荐工、返乡就业扶持政策,打通求职用工双向对接通道。同时叮嘱企业严守安全生产底线,不断更新生产技术、改进生产工艺,让自家产品更有市场优势,聚力打造带有绥宁标识、印刻带有绥宁LOGO的本土特色品牌。
